Habibie and East Timor

This is Habibie, our 3rd President.
He only reigned for 17 months in 1998-1999.


We lost East Timor in his governance period.
The following stamp was issued when East Timor was still part of Indonesia,
it shows the dancer from East Timor. Too bad I only have one.
